Professional and Friendly: the first step was a telephone interview, followed by a group panel interview, and then an offer letter was sent. Process was rather easy and I immediately felt comfortable with the team I would be working with. Length of interview was approximately sixty minutes, and I was told a decision would be made within 7 days. I received a verbal offer two days later.
