Had an interview with a HR representative. She was cold and rude. After a few questions she asked about my education. I have over 15 years of documented successful admissions experience. She said I wasnt qualified because of my education. Welp this explains the high turnover rate.
Getting to know me on a personal level to help break the ice. How did I perform as a previous (AR) and academic advisor to prospective students, giving presentations, attending college fairs, and helping to generate interest in the institution? Did I assist with the admissions process and answer questions from prospective students and their families? If so, what was my outreach approach?
