Interview
The first interview was on the phone. They called out of the blue and asked me simple questions then asked me do i want a secon interview at the branch. The second interview two managers was interviewing. The interview was pretty easy I just had fun with it. I heard back from them a couple hours later and they offerd me the job.

Interview
Interview went well and it was short. I was mainly asked personality questions and a few job related questions. It was fairly easy and lasted about 10 minutes in total.
I received a call from HR, we had a short interview on the phone. They called back two weeks later for a second interview. I had a interview with two branch managers. It's only been a day so I don't know if I have the job or not.

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work at SS? What are your short and long term goals? What are three good qualities about you? Tell about a time you had a irate customer and how did you solve the situation?
