Interview process was reasonable and a pleasant experience. They required a skills assessment which focused on writing. The assessment was set at an average level of difficulty and reasonable considering the position requires coaches to write reports.

It was a very good and comfortable interview process. The interview was a one on one type. The entire interview took about an hour and a half. I was able to ask questions about the company and what their expectations were regarding this position.
