I had a couple phone screenings with their HR representative, and then a few weeks of not hearing anything. Then I was notified that they would like me to come in for a panel interview. The panel interview was very structured and took place over 45 minutes. There were 6 people on the panel from both the department and cross-functional teams. Prior to the interview I was given an assignment to evaluate content and creative for their website and Facebook page and prepare a 15 minute presentation. The interview began with the presentation and was proceeded by 5/6 questions in which each person on the panel read one question off a sheet of paper. Everything was very structured and they team kept to the schedule.
