Over zoom, not very organized. Asked behavioral questions and why you want to work here. Remember him asking a time when I had a conflict arise, a time I failed, etc.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southern Company (Birmingham, AL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Got an in-person interview from the career fair. Got asked some normal behavioral questions. It was with two people, one was nice, and the other was trying to be intimidating. Went onto a second round, virtual panel interview with 2 people asking me extremely basic behavioral questions, so basic that they were hard to answer. Still thought interview went well and interviewers seemed to like me, but still got rejected.

Interview
The process consists of two interviews, one on campus you are invited to after a school career fair (assuming they like your resume), and this is with HR employees, and the second/final is a zoom interview where you are asked questions by 4-5 different engineers in your department. Both interviews are purely behavioral, no technical questions.
