15 minute situational interview with members of upper management to determine experience and fit in a relaxed environment. This interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. There was also an initial skype interview and phone screening with the staffing agency prior to the in person interview.

Applied for Admissions Counselor position online and sent follow up email to recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Moved to the second round of interviews (virtual over Teams) with an Admissions Director and Team Lead. Both came across as unfriendly, didn't smile, and were dismissive of my experience in admission.
