Southern Polytechnic State interview questions

I filled out the paper application for the job and submitted together with my transcript and semester schedule. After a week or so I received an email scheduling me for an interview in the student life office. The interview lasted 30 mins max and I was interviewed by 2 people mostly asking questions about my people skills and my previous job experiences. Received an email at the end of the day, offering me the job.

The interview was initiated with a phone interview with the center director. This was a counseling/career center combo. So the interview was panel style; first you meet with the career side people then the counselor side people. There was an excel test and that was about it.
