Interview
I applied at my school and since there were enough applicants there, they scheduled interviews there. It seemed pretty basic stuff and somewhat informal since the interviews were held in the nurses office.

Describe a time in which you worked as a team to solve a problem.
The interview was comfortable, fair, and easy to walk through. It was communicated clearly what was expected of me and I in turn was able to ask my own questions for clarification. I really appreciated the time they took.
