There were 2 rounds. Both were just informal rounds. 1st round was with lead and he asked about the basics of manual testing, project management, agile methodology etc.
The 2nd round was with CTO, it was a kind of processes and methodologies.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spadasoft (Lahore) in Apr 2023
