Interview

The interview was very thorough, it started with the direct head of the marketing department telling me what challenges they are facing at the moment, and giving me an overview of the business. In the end, we were able to have a small exchange of knowledge. Overall very positive.

They are misleading. They constantly make it sound like they are offering you a position when they are in fact offering to put you onto the next stage of the application. I was "offered" a position after talking on the phone to an employee only to have that not be the case and they wanted to know if they could send my details to a prospective employer, who it turns out is a middle man themselves. Then they offered me a position again, when I knew full well that the company in question wanted to have another interview before deciding. To top it off, they refuse to tell you all the details until you have already completely signed a training agreement, which serves as a contract.

As you may have an idea, due to privacy policy, until the employer (not us) is interested in a candidate's profile, we cannot give the name of the company. It is part of the agreement we enter into with them. However, we give full details of the vacancy as soon as they apply, so we don't fully understand your comment. And also we work together with universities and Erasmus+ programmes, so it is normal that the training agreement is an essential requirement.
