The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spark Foundry (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Took a few months of back-and-forth via email to finally schedule interview. Talked with Dept director who was nice and patient. However when I asked questions, they didn’t answer me directly and elaborated on something contingent.

Question 1
What was your longest project like at your current job?
I had an informal interview/conversation with the recruiter. That went well and then I was moved to the next stage, an interview with who would’ve been my director. That also went well, it was all straight forward and lighthearted. I got the job verbally but due to budget cuts did not receive an offer. My one con in the whole experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spark Foundry (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
A few calls over the phone with different members of the team over the course of a week. I think it was around three, all relatively short and under 20 minutes. I had previously interned and was referred to a new position.
