The interview was an interesting and tough, the Chairman and board were not just going to handover the company to just anybody. Even though they Already know the role I played in my previous organisation. The interview lasted three (3) days. First I did a power point presentation, the second day I attended to some clients on business proposal and the 3rd day, I was made to interact with staff and assign specific instructions.
