Sparq Software Developer interview questions

I got over 4 interviews with Sparq, a screening call, two technical tests regarding my Ruby on Rails experience and another call with the CEO to determine my seniority level based of soft skills and work background. The interviews were really pleasing and quite enganing, nothing really stood out. After going through a lengthy process I was asked to wait since the client they were hiring for had not completed an SWO and that it was the only thing missing for the position to opened, Four weeks have passed since then, no one is responding to my emails anymore. And from what I gather they asked for several hours of my time when they had no positions avaialble for them. Don't waste other peoples time.

Spoke to the recruiter and was referred to someone for a "technical interview". Spoke to the interviewer who was a PM for Rural. She spoke for over an hour with open ended questions. There was zero structure to the interview. My old employer would never let this fly. The interview was too subjective.
