Very bad experience with their recruitment process, waste of time and money too, and they get you to work in the name of assessment only to decline after 2 months when you have been told to be performing outstanding.

It was a fairly quick process, lasting maybe 2 weeks. First round was a Cultural Fit assessment then next round was a Skills Assessment. Finally, an interview with a Partner was the last round.

Very slow hiring process and you have to remind HR that when will be your next round of interview schedule and they will schedule as per their time. In my case after taking 4 rounds of interviews they will be like ghost and after chasing them for almost 3 months they still do not have proper answer and still saying that they are waiting for business approval....God knows who's approval they are trying to take from Las 3 months.....I stopped traking them now but I lost my valuable time running behind them like baggers.... Thinking it was my mistake
