Bate and switch, unprofessional, disrespectful. They posted a job for online business English teachers with set hours in the morning but then said the position is filled but I can let them know my availability and they will try to fill it but no guarantee but I have to stay committed to being open to those hours for 6 months regardless of whether or not they can be filled. Interviewer seemed gruff and unfriendly.

They asked if I can commit to hours that may or may not be filled. Also wanted me to travel to random locations when I was responding to a remote working ad

Interview
1 hour interview with teachback mock lesson required. Asked general questions and provided nothing more than what was in the job adv and only said to return with decision within a week.. nothing particularly difficult
