Interview
Met at a coffee shop, sat down exchanged a few pleasantries, extended job offer, signed forms. As I recall not an extensive process as I already knew the store manager.
Basic simple questions about experience, 5 questions in total. Interview lasted 20 mins. I interviews with the store manager and assistant manager. Let you know if you got hired after interview

Interview
Called me to schedule an interview, had very relaxed interview, simple questions, was offered a job on the spot. Was able to start after giving my two weeks to my other job.
