Monotonous, hour long interviews. Four interviews in total, one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, one with the president, and the final with the entire team (in person), which consisted solely of middle aged women who admitted they "fell into" the industry from call centers with no original interest. One admitted to not knowing what an HOA was. The hiring manager continuously emphasized her concerns about finding a perfect candidate willing to work with angry board members, long evening hours and also dedicating to working for them long term. They said they often receive complaints from clients about a revolving door of CM's which indicated to me high turn over and low pay. Looking over their company reviews, this appears to be the case. They desire high quality candidates with a decade of professional experience but are not willing to pay; so they target candidates who are compliant and accepting of unrealistic expectations.
