You get a phone call from the recruiter to make sure you have the necessary skills then a phone call from the team manager. He asked a couple of questions and scheduled me for a person interview. The interview was difficult. They want people that are going to work hard and get results. The last step was to interview with the director. The next day I was offered the position.

Very quick to get a response after your application. They also schedule your interview very quickly. Lots of questions about your experience, how you handle rejection, time management, and why Spectrum over the other companies.

Interview
Virtual interview followed by in person interview in the office. Visual interview took 10 minutes and in person took about an hour or so. Very relaxed and informal. The virtual was very basic run through typical questions the in person was more in depth into your resume and ability to sale.
