I was contacted via text and then had a phone interview prescreen for the first interview.
First interview was very thorough. The final phone interview was 70 minutes and the best one that I have ever had. Ver professional and on target with all questions and answers.

Describe your customer service and a situation that was difficult.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
