The manager asked me several questions regarding my de-escalation skills and previous work experience. She was very friendly and welcoming during the entire process. She also asked me if I have ever worked in a call center before. My answer was 'no' but I had customer service experience.

You will come in and take a typing test, one of the leadership will give you an interview. They will ask you several questions to get to know you. Not everyone can work in a call center. You have to have people skills
