The pay that was offered to me during the interview was unreasonable, however the interview process went very well. The questions pertained to my previous work experience as an Assistant Manager in the retail store business.

Brief 15 minute interview with GM of the location. Overview of hours of operation, availability and compensation. Easy job to get if you are willing to work whatever hours they may need you for. Room for growth if you are interested
Traditional interview style at a local location with member of management. Be prepared to commit lots of time and energy to the location you select. Hours always available due to call offs from entry level workers. High turnover.
