Very hard to get into this company. It took me a year to get into this position and now that I have it I can see why. The hiring process for was a group of on-site interviews and online apps. It was quick and easy and they tell you that you are on a 90 day probation period then you get advanced.
Short. Sweet. Didnt get the job. Saw an interviewer. Talked to them. And left. Loved my time there. The gasoline fumes seemed healthy to be around. Would love to be around car exhaust as well.
Met with the manager and had a brief discussion about the position. Showed me around the store and the equipment that I would be using. It was a very easy interview.
Fast interview offer after applying, interview was Easy and friendly fast start date was impressed vs other jobs I applied for with similar companies would encourage to apply as the company seems hoping to hiring good working individuals
