Called out of the blue for an app I put in months prior. Office was hard to find and not labeled well. Very simple, unattractive decor and staffing. Went in for one interview and got asked back for a second interview. That was with two senior region managers. Got hired to a trainee program. Went back in for first day of orientation, but was told that I started the very next morning at 6am at my new store despite needing to give due notice to my current employer. Not happy about that.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

Interview
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
