If your towns store is needing people badly it's a fast process. Mine was literally like a 15 min conversation. They just ask basic questions like previous work experience and they tell you what's expected of you working there.

Have you ever worked in a gas station setting before?
I submitted my resume, completed a brief phone screen with HR, underwent a technical assessment, followed by two rounds of video interviews with the team, culminating in a final offer negotiation.
Very simple. I text the required number got a call the very day morning form a requiter
she asked basic questions and scheduled an interview for the filling day. Management also asked basic questions retail experience how many years. The manger made it easy very nice personable.
It was not too bad. I had an interview with an HR person at the location in Enon about soft skills and any customer service experience in the past. Pretty simple interview process
