There were two stages to the hiring process: a first 15 min intro virtual interview as well as an in-person 1h interview with a creative task and presentation. The whole process took less than 3 weeks and was very straightforward. The creative task presented during the second interview was a new product launch campaign idea. The team was lovely and I could feel there was a great company culture.
