I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spinnaker Vacation Resorts (Branson, MO) in Jan 2017
Interview
The pros of the interview process was that it was handled quickly and enthusiastically. One interview led to a job offer on the spot. Only negative is that sales jobs are often sold, promised an inflated version of realistic salary in the interview. 50k-100k promised. 20-60 realistic.

General interview about job experience and desire for position.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Spinnaker Vacation Resorts (Myrtle Beach, SC) in Feb 2017
Interview
They hire everybody it's a scam. It was a phone interview and then and in person interview, then the first day of "training" they throw you on the phones. Even on your first day if you don't make quota they will fire you. This is not a stable job, it is day by day you have to make your quota or your fired. I got fired the first day and I have worked in every type of sales there is. I had 4 turnovers and they required 8, a few of the people who started a couple days before me got fired also that is how they run things, the don't have long term employees. The leads where way overworked, they had been calling all of these people multiple times a day.
