The whole process was pretty standard-sent a cover letter and resume and then was contacted for a phone interview. The interview was over Skype and covered pretty standard questions-why I was interested in Spinnakr and previous work experience. The offered me the internship at the end of the interview, and the whole process was pretty quick. Probably took about a week.
