The interview was very regulated, in a good way. 2 of the hiring panel were in the room with me, and two were present via video conference. The questions were very job related focused, so no perception of candidate bias based on subjective criteria could be considered part of their decision to hire a certain candidate over another. It was very proper in its question structure, but also very relaxed over all atmosphere. Was a much less stressful event than many interviews can leave you feeling during and after they happen.
