Short phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The process was very slow - around 3-4 months. The in-person interview was followed by a skills assessment. The HR rep called to let me know I passed the skills assessment so that was a nice touch

There is a 1 hour examination in ArcMap in the first interview. You are only called back for another if you pass. The second interview is a phone conference and face to face between MO managers and the local manager. Questions about experience and talents were included. Otherwise it was fairly casual.
