Splash Worldwide interview questions

Had an interview scheduled with a "partner through Hidden". I waited for an hour for the recruiter to show up and sent them messages on LinkedIn. They did not show up for the interview and did not respond to my messages though I could see that they were online on LinkedIn. A few days later they message me saying that were on holiday. That was not a valid excuse given that the interview was booked on Calendly which they should have updated with their availability. We rescheduled the interview. They did not show up again. No responses to messages. Nothing. I found their higher up on LinkedIn and contacted them to potentially have an interview with a different recruiter. They told me that they'd look into it and get back to me but that never happened. A lot of hours wasted of my time. It was very unfortunate as I was very keen on working for Splash.
