Interview
Takes about 30 minutes overall. Starts by a quick overview of Spoken English Practice, then moves into your relevant past experiences. Asks you questions covering your interests. Then finishes with the interviewer giving you time to ask questions. Very nice interviewer. Just prepare by reviewing the website, having pertinent questions, and listening to what the interviewer says. I did not get an immediate offer, but the process takes some time.
