Upon receiving an email for an interview and a follow-up call, the interview went well. Being a start-up company, the CEO and Marketing Manager asked questions pertaining to how the interviewee would help make the product more aware within the community and country. They described their goals as a company and asked how the interviewee could contribute to those goals. They asked for your strongest skills and qualities. They were very sincere, informational, and warmly accepting. The are looking for individuals with motivational drive who can inspire and offer additional insights.
