Very quick interview process. Applied online and got an interview two days later. I was interviewed by four employees, first one was my now zone manager whom I report too, and 3 other assistant managers. Very relaxed interview I talked mostly about why I would like the job and how passionate I am about snow hardgoods and softgoods.
