We talked a lot about football and different schemes and coverages. Then we talked about my background and how I was a good fit for the role. Wasn't too bad all in all for the most part
Very fun and insightful intevriew process. They look for football knowledge and love of the sport. It shows that they believe in their training and are willing to give you a shot.
The interview was very informative and fun. I genuinely enjoyed getting the opportunity to learn more about the role, company, and the management. I would say that the interview was fairly easy if you know the basics about football.
