I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spot Migration (Lincolnwood, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
I enjoyed the interview process.
1 technical phone interview
1 personal in-person interview
The technical interview was difficult, but fair. I did better than I thought and was offered an in-person interview the next week. I gladly accepted.
My in-person interview was to gauge if I was a good fit. It was professional and the topics were always regarding work-related matters unless I steered the conversation elsewhere.
I was offered a competitive salary, I made a slightly larger counter-request and it was accepted.
The entire experience was... fun... is the only way to describe it. I felt like they wanted a person and not a corporate cog.

Question 1
What was your biggest "Oh $#!+" moment that you caused and how did you handle the aftermath?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spot Migration (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
4 interviews, 2 technical aptitude exams, and 1 personality exam. Very invasive interview process. Only 1 of the interviews focused on the actual job. The rest were them trying to figure me out. Asked me personal questions about plans for my salary and if I was married with children. I can tell they didn't want to pay me the amount I requested.
