The quiz is the first step, and it's a variety of questions that helped the owners understand if I was capable of performing the daily tasks, and also get a sense of my personality. I also submitted a video, and being a bubbly person I was happy about that, because they got a sense of what I would bring to the office before an interview. Had I been a boring Betty, it would have wasted everyone's time bringing me in for an interview. Once I came in for the interview, I talked to the owners for the actual interview and they were both amazing, and from there I was sat down at a computer to do a series of tasks similar to what I would do if I was hired. It took about an hour, and wasn't difficult since they were tasks that I knew how to do, hence my application for the job.

Thorough and really effective at weeding out people who aren't seriously applying. They had me do tasks just like I would if I got the job which let them see how I did as a candidate, but also allowed me a glimpse into what my day to day duties would be.
