-Kein Respekt für Bewerberzeit: 6+ Wochen Wartezeit auf eine Absage nach Finalrunde – ohne proaktive Information.
Intransparente Entscheidungen: Feedback war vage („andere Kandidaten waren etwas überzeugender“) ohne konkrete Verbesserungshinweise.
