      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Phone interview was conducted. Then they sent me in for a panel interview. This was what I expected for customer service and had a lot of "Tell me a time when..." questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2019

      Interview

Honestly, the interview process was quick and efficient, just like the company. I applied online and was contacted about a day later. The recruiter asked me to complete a typing test and email back the results. After I compleated the typing test I scheduled a 30-minute phone interview, which lasted about 45 minutes because the conversation was so easy with the interviewer (which I loved). About 2 days later, we scheduled an in-person interview with 4 of the CE team members. I had to prepare a presentation over how I relate to their mantra as well as a work sample reviewing a product that I selected from their website. They began the interview with a tour of the office, which is beautiful, and then I presented my stuff, and then it ended with the 4 workers in the interview shooting questions at me. This took a little more than an hour and a half. The questions at the end were mainly behavioral questions. I was told that they would contact me again in 2-3 days about the next steps but I was offered the job 24 hours later.

      Interview

The whole process was very intense. The initial phone interview asks out of the box questions that you have to put some thought into. For the in person interview, the power-point presentation takes a lot of time and effort so come prepared and don't expect to give generic responses.
