I never got to interview. I was scheduled for a phone screening and literally one minute before our scheduled time I received an email stating they were moving forward with a different candidate. This was after I had taken time to give 2 weeks worth of availability, and THEY scheduled the screening, and I received a reminder of the appointment the same day.
