Interview
I had a screening phone call with recruiter then a video call with hiring manager to go over more information. I thought the interview was going good as there were lots of good discussions. The hiring manager asked what I was looking for and I mentioned I wanted to work with a team that valued their team members. The hiring manager didn't quite reply to that, which I I thought was weird. Post interview, they ghosted me. Then I saw all the negative employee reviews and it made sense, I dodge a bullet. It also made sense that all of their marketing team had either left or was fired and that's why everyone was new or there were many open roles...yeah, when hiring managers ghost you because you say you want a team that cares about you as an employee, you know that's definitely not the right place to work! LOL

Tell me about what you're looking for in your next role?
Recruiter, hiring manager, to team members, and then VP interview. Last one felt very rushed and was cut off early. Did not allow me to ask all of my questions.
The interview process was lengthy. It was 6 rounds of interviews with the final being having to complete a presentation and presenting to key stakeholders. The questions were relatively standard.
