SquareMeal Writer interview questions

Applied online and heard back within a few days. Invited to London office, scheduled for about a week later. Decided almost immediately that it wasn’t for me - horrible office and was astounded that there was noisy construction work outside the window/building, despite policy being 4 days a week in office. Red flag. Left waiting for 5 minutes past arranged time, no apology. Interviewers were 2 senior members of editorial team, pleasant enough but younger woman in particular seemed very standoffish. Interview was straightforward and appropriate for the role - a run through of CV and skills. 0 questions relating to interest/hobbies/culture fit, and quite judgemental looks when I brought anything personal up in my answers, which added to the slightly cold atmosphere.
