My professional references were contacted without any prior notice, and when they returned the calls, there was no follow-up on the company’s end. This left both myself and my references confused about the process. Despite a positive interview experience, I ultimately received only a generic rejection email with no context or feedback. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and disorganized.
