Interview
The process can include interviews with multiple people. They ask a lot of questions specific to your work history on your resume and questions to understand your character and see if you align with the company's vision and values. They give hypothetical situations and ask you to describe how you'd approach those situations. I recommend being very honest about your background.
ten to twenty questions about character and ethics. If they like your answers, you will get a tour. If you don't get a tour, they do not want to hire you.
