I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Stabilix (Thiruvananthapuram) in May 2015
Interview
Total 5 rounds including 2 technical telephonic interviews, 1 machine test and 2 face to face interviews. The whole process was very quick. Interviews were not that difficult. Since I was experienced, they didn't ask for any bonds. So I accepted the offer.
There are three rounds. Almost all rounds are technical based. May be it will take 1 week. Interview is easy. First round is telephonic, second is machine test with face to face and the last round is two face to face rounds.
