I applied to be a PQ intern in 2019. 1. Phone screening where you tell them a bit about yourself, walk through your resume, and ask any questions you have about the job and company. I asked many questions about programmatic advertising, the industry, and common terminology. 2. You'll then be selected to do an assignment. I was asked to send a slidedeck answering a prompt or question related to programmatic advertising. There was an optional Excel assignment that I chose not to complete. 3. In-person behavioural interview with full-time PQ analysts, followed by a 1-on-1 with the manager or director of the department.

Interview
The process took 4 weeks. I got to the final interviews but did not get selected.
They have 3 rounds: phone screen, take-home assignment, and 2 interviews back to back with a senior team member & a manager.
The phone screen did explain a lot of details so they expected you to ask a lot of questions in the final interview and show that you are super interested in the role
The interview process was a 30 minute zoom interview followed by a take home assignment to be completed within a couple of days. That is as far as I made it.

Interview
It was a very long process. Four interviews and assignment. It took me more than a month to complete my application. The questions were easy and all of the question were direct and to the point.
