Interview was pretty messy. My interviewer arrived 10 mins late, explaining he had just gotten off a red eye flight and apologized. He was falling asleep during the interview and at one point, couldn't remember the questions he had been asking me and asked me to read them back to him. He showed me around the office and introduced me to the owner and one other manager. A few weeks later, they made me an offer which I ended up declining. I received at least 3 follow up emails demanding an explanation of why I was turning down their offer. I'd pass on this one if I were you.
