The first interview round is about getting to know each other, understand the business and explain why you want to start a job in recruitment/ why you want to join Stamford. In the second interview round you are asked to do a small presentation followed by some hard questions from the team!

It was a phone interview followed by two face-to-face interviews. I spoke to three people, one of the other recruitment consultants, a manager, and the CEO. The interview was more of a chat rather than just being asked questions and I learned a lot about the company and the job in the process. This was nice after a few interviews at other companies where I was just asked a lot of questions about myself.
