Online interview. Applied on seek, had a phone interview, and got booked for an online interview. I am a recent graduate and the role was entry level the questions were very situational like "what would you do if I want to terminate someone immediately but you are unable to reach me?" The questions were tricky. some I didn't understand what they were asking for.
