The interview process was great - professional and succinct. I interviewed with the company's managing director, though there are other hiring managers in the process. However, I was lead to believe that there would be much more freedom, and less hands-on micro-management from above in the interview process -- this turned out to not be totally accurate in practice in our day to day jobs.

It was interesting and a bit counter intuitive: He asked "do you agree that all sales people are replaceable?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at StamfordGlobal
Interview
They have a 2 step interview process for sales rep. First they send you the brochure of their current event and ask you to prepare your trial presentation over the phone in English of course. One of their senior sales guys will play the role of a prospect. Take this job seriously and get prepared by the one page help they also send you. To increase your chances I recommend searching the web and learning about the basic principle of selling sg. over the phone e.g www.businessbyphone.com. If you sound good and your presentation is more or less coherent, they will invite you for the personal interview. The personal interview is normally friendly, they want you to prove that you will be able to contribute, you are determined and positive. The also look for cultural fit very much. Actually maybe this is nr. 1. on their list of priorities, they consider that the job can be learned but if you don't fit it cannot be fixed.
